The Summer School 2012 at SJTU Advanced Topics in PDEs

The summer school is aimed to introduce students the current research topics in elliptic, parabolic equations. All students with the research interests are welcome to apply.

Course I. Qualitative properties of elliptic equations. 9:30-10:20am

By Wenxiong Chen. The main topic of the course is to introduce the students the current research topics in the symmetric properties of solutions of elliptic and integral equation.

Course II. Dynamic Stability of Navier-Stokes Equations, 10:30-11:20am

By Congming Li and Lihe Wang

The main topic of this course is an introduction to NS equations, particularly we will cover the material about axially symmetric solutions of the equations.

Course III. Some Fundamental Results of PDE for Courses I and II. 2:30-3:20

By Congming Li and Lihe Wang

Course IV. Discussions. 3:30-5:00pm

Basic requisite are the basic courses in partial differential equations.
