    张健教授,上海交通大学医学院药物化学与生物信息学中心主任,兼任宁夏医科大学药学院院长,国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员,国家杰出青年基金、国家万人计划、长江学者奖励计划青年学者获得者。主要从事药物设计、药物化学和化学生物学研究,特别是精准靶标识别和First-in-class原创药物先导发现等方向做出了一系列突破性成果。以通讯作者在包括Nat Chem Biol, Nat Commun, Sci Adv等国际学术杂志上发表SCI论文100余篇。累积引用超过9000次,H因子为51,第一发明人申请国内外专利16项 (已转让6项)。受邀以通讯作者在国际顶尖综述杂志Chem Rev, Chem Soc Rev, Acc Chem Res撰写变构药物机制与发现综述;受Springer-Nature出版社邀请作为主编撰写国际首本变构药物发现专著Protein Allostery in Drug Discovery;常年任Science、Nat Chem等100余种SCI期刊审稿人,RSC Med Chem等10余种SCI期刊编委,瑞士NSF、澳大利亚FWF、新加坡IAF-PP等基金和西班牙University of Barcelona等学校Tenure考核的国际评审人。先后获美国化学会Excellent Research Advisor、中国药学会生物医药创新奖、2017年中国十大科技新锐人物等荣誉,担任国家自然科学基金委人才项目会评专家、国家卫健委卫生健康高级人才评价专家、中国化学会、中国药学会、中国医师协会精准医学委员会等专委会委员。
